Summary
Lossnay, a static-type total heat exchanger made of Japanese paper and the first of its kind in the world, was introduced in 1970. The typical total heat exchanger core is constructed of plates and fins made of special treated paper. Its heat exchanger core uses the heat transfer principle and moisture permeability of the specially treated paper. These heat exchangers can be used for heat recovery from exhaust air.
