Summary

A MATHEMATICAL MODEL WAS ESTABLISHED FOR NON-STATIONARY PROCESSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE SETTLING TIME OF STATIONARY TEMPERATURES IN THE ROTOR OF A CRYOTURBOGENERATOR UNDER TRANSIENT CONDITIONS. THE COMPARISON OF THE TIMES OBTAINED EXPERIMENTALLY WITH THOSE CALCULATED SHOWS THAT THE PROPOSED MODEL AND THE TEST PROCEDURE USED CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY USED FOR STUDYING THE OPERATION OF INDUSTRIAL CRYOTURBOGENERATORS.
