Summary
DESIGN CHANGES IN RECENT YEARS HAVE CENTRED ON INCREASED HYGIENE AND EASIER HANDLING. MOST CABINETS TODAY USE GLASS-REINFORCEDBODY TRAYS SLIDING ON PLASTIC ROLLERS WHICH ARE OFTEN ADJUSTABLE IN HEIGHT AND REMOVABLE FOR CLEANING. WITH THE ADDITION OF STACKING TROLLEYS TO LOAD BODIES AT ANY HEIGHT, THE ENTIRE SYSTEM CAN BE OPERATED BY ONE MAN. REFRIGERATION TENDS TO BE BY TOP-MOUNTED, LOW-PROFILE AIR COOLERS USING R12 AND WITH AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC DEFROST.
