Summary
During May and June 2000 locally grown roses and proteas were stored in a 6 m hypobaric intermodal container over a 31-day storage period. The test was intended to demonstrate that the container is able to store roses for 31 days without any loss in subsequent vase life and that the container's equipment is reliable and accurate. The test was successful in all respects.
