Two-phase flow in pipe line systems.

Summary

The mathematical model underlying a computer program for determining pressure drops in pipe line systems is presented. The mathematical model is composed of a non-linear hydraulic function and restriction inequalities which are solved by the use of the linear method. That represents the basis for optimal design and dimensioning of processing pipe networks for the transport of two-phase gas-liquid mixtures.
