Summary

In September 1997, the largest South American hydrogen facility started up at the Amuay refining complex of Petroleos de Venezuela SA. The new plant is engineered, built, owned, and operated by a joint venture between BOC Gases Inc. and Foster Wheeler Power Systems Inc.
