Summary
Air quality is defined and the different indoor air pollution factors reviewed. Energy consumption of ventilation can be reduced to the bare minimum if the real load on the air in the premises is measured and used for control as a function of the needs. According to the situation, the CO2 content is the monitoring value or, preferably, sensors used to detect gaseous mixtures. J.L.
