Summary
The physical and thermal properties of this system (3:1:4 lithium bromide, lithium chloride, zinc chloride, by mass) were measured. The COP for single-stage, two-stage and double-effect absorption refrigerating machines were calculated using the enthalpies. The performance characteristics of this quaternary system were compared with those of the water-lithium bromide system.
