Summary
This file gives background on the preferential development of chilled-water air-conditioning plant in France. Improvements in compactness, efficiency, aesthetic aspects, commissioning and maintenance have been achieved for packaged water chillers in networks and terminal units (fan-coil units). The author describes a large building renovated in Monaco. Operating conditions have been improved thanks to a building technical system.
