Wet refrigeration: an environmentally friendly alternative.
[In Dutch. / En néerlandais.]

Type of article: Article
Summary
The wet refrigeration system is finding mass application for agricultural and horticultural products, particularly at vegetable and flower auctions. The introduction of wet refrigeration for "home storage", on the other hand, has not become established to the degree which was anticipated. In many cases the main reason for this is the higher price of this refrigeration system. However, the more stringent legislation regarding the use of CFCs may well bring about a change here.
