Type of article: Article

Summary

THE CYCLE USED SYNTHETIC ZEOLITES 5A, NAY, CAY, 13 X AND CAX AND WATER VAPOUR AS THE WORKING FLUID. THE ADSORPTION VELOCITY AND DESORPTION TEMPERATURE EXERTED AN INFLUENCE ON THE COOLING EFFICIENCIES. THROUGH THE DETERMINATION OF ADSORPTION ISOTHERMS, THE CYCLE QUANTITIES OF WATER IN THE REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS WERE CALCULATED AND THE VALUE OF THE THRESHOLD TEMPERATURE AT WHICH DESORPTION BEGINS DURING ZEOLITE REGENERATION, AND THRESHOLD TEMPERATURE AT WHICH ADSORPTION BEGINS AFTER ZEOLITE REGENERATION, WERE OBTAINED.
