ShareDonation to Prof. Banadda’s family and job opportunity for the SophiA project in Africa
Please find attached the press release concerning the donation campaign for the family of Prof. Noble Ephraim Banadda, who was one of the key promoters of SophiA, convincing experts in African ministries of health and various organisations to join the ambitious SophiA project. Prof Banadda passed away from COVID-19 during the development of the SophiA project.
The SophiA project started officially in October and the kick-off meeting took place on 12-13 October 2021 in Karlsruhe. Please find the 1st press release related to the official launch of SophiA.
The 2iE, who is one of SophiA’s partners, is currently looking for an engineer/researcher to assist the 2iE project coordinator who is currently working on the SophiA project. The candidate will be based in Burkina-Faso in the LabEREE facility. The deadline to apply to this position has been extended to the 10/12/2021.
