Held on 8-11 April this year, the 15th IIR Cryogenics Conference welcomed over 120 guests from more than 22 countries.
Held on 8-11 April this year, the 15th IIR Cryogenics Conference welcomed over 120 guests from more than 22 countries. Addressing matters such as the problems of equipment and technologies used for temperatures below 120 K (-153°C), as well as with other devices and technologies related to the field, the conference and exhibition served as a base for a first contact for some, and helped to reinforce the development of collaborations for others.
This year, the conference attracted 43 oral presentations, and 18 posters, with IIR Commissions A1 on Cryophysics and Cryoengineering, A2 on Liquefaction and Separation of Gases, and C1 on Cryobiology, Cryomedicine and Health Products taking the opportunity to reunite professionals in the field.
