European Commission launches €1 billion Green Deal call
Organised under 10 key focus areas and 20 topics, the European Green Deal aims to tackle the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of climate change.
As the largest and final call under Horizon 2020, the European Commission is making €1 billion available as part of the European Green Deal.
The Green Deal call is designed to respond to the climate change crisis by providing more protection to Europe’s biodiversity and habitats under threat, and accelerating a sustainable recovery.
The IIR has identified several calls related to the refrigeration/cooling field such as:
- Innovative land-based and offshore renewable energy technologies and their integration into the energy system (ID: LC-GD-2-1-2020) View call
- Building and renovating in an energy and resource efficient way (ID: LC-GD-4-1-2020) View call
Deadline: The Green Deal call ends January 26, 2021.
Submit a proposal with the IIR
