On 18 June, the International Institute of Refrigeration brought together over 170 participants from science, industry, policy, and international organisations, and civil society for a landmark event held at Les Salons Hoche, Paris, in early celebration of World Refrigeration Day 2025.
Through four insightful panel sessions, outstanding keynote speeches, an special exceptional exhibition on the history of IIR and the refrigeration sector, and rich networking opportunities, the event sparked vibrant discussions on the critical role of refrigeration and heat pump solutions in advancing human well-being, animal welfare, and climate sustainability.
