Résumé

Experimental nondestructive laser Doppler vibrometry and the finite element method were used to determine the resonant frequencies of apples. The results of laser Doppler vibrometry and the finite element simulation were examined. The second resonant frequency, modulus of elasticity and the firmness index decreased gradually during storage period.
