Résumé

Information on traceability was gathered concerning three domestic Danish fish chains typical of current trading practices in fresh seafood and for three chains exporting products from Australia to Japan. The same standard questionnaires, coupled with personal interviews, were used in all six chains. Traceability is a most important issue in high value product chains in Australia.
