Résumé

Pear trees were sprayed with ethephon (0, 12.5, 25, 50 or 100 ppm) 26 days before harvest. After harvest, fruits were stored at -1 °C and 92-96% relative humidity for 0, 10, 20, 40 or 80 days. After cold storage, fruits were kept at room temperature for 2 or 8 days to evaluate shelf life.
