Résumé

After storage, fruits were kept at ambient conditions (20 °C, 50-60% relative humidity). At days 0, 3 and 6 after storage, fruits were analysed for weight loss, firmness, malic acid content, total soluble solids, colour, moisture, mealiness and severity of fruit rots. Results showed that this cultivar had a high sensitivity to fruit weight loss, especially after storage for 4 weeks at 5 °C (19.5% weight loss on day 0 after storage). Results are also presented for longer storage periods.
