Résumé

The document presents the TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade) and the SPS (Sanitary and PhytoSanitary) Agreements. The cases of application of these agreements are specified, as well as the necessary measures in order to promote their application, and the means to smooth out the disagreements (see also IIR Bulletin ref. 2000-1637).
