Résumé

One year has passed since the Federal Law on Technical Regulations (TR) came into force (July 1, 2004). The aim of the Law is to reduce administrative pressure and to increase producers' possibilities, as well as to eliminate technical barriers in trade, but to increase protection of internal domestic market from dangerous and infringing products. About 2000 technical regulations are to be elaborated before 2010.
