ON A FAIT DES EXPERIENCES DE CONSERVATION A 273 K (0 DEG C) SUR L'ACTINIDIA CHINENSIS AU MOYEN DE METHODES ASSURANT L'ABSORPTION DE L'ETHYLENE. LES MATIERES ABSORBANTES UTILISEES SONT : UNE SOLUTION AQUEUSE A 3 % DE PERMANGANATE DE POTASSIUM ET DE PETITES SPHERES DE SESQUIOXYDE D'ALUMINIUM IMPREGNEES DE PERMANGANATE DE POTASSIUM. CES TECHNIQUES ONT ASSURE UNE EXCELLENTE CONSERVATION JUSQU'A SIX MOIS APRES CUEILLETTE.
