Résumé

In this paper, the author presents the new food law concerning labelling food, with particular regard to meat and its products. Changes in requirements concerning the labels result for the Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
