Résumé

Tests on various packaging systems and materials designed to offset the effects of shocks or vibrations on the quality of small pieces of watermelon. Juice leakage is more important when pulp to pulp contacts are frequent; juice leakage is minimized when pieces are individually polyethylene packed.
