Résumé

Weight loss (10-12% in air storage) was reduced by 2-3% in all CA treatments, with the highest reduction recorded in 5:2 CA. Fruit firmness remained highest in fruits stored in 5:2 CA. The total sugar content increased continuously during the 45-day CA storage and 10 day shelf life while titratable acidity decreased. The total chlorophyll content decreased during CA storage. Postharvest decay was lower in CA-stored fruits than in air-stored fruits.
