IIR conference
1st IIR International Conference on Refrigeration Adapting to Rising Temperatures
Call for abstracts extended to 19 November!
The International Institute of Refrigeration is proud to announce that the first IIR International Conference on Refrigeration Adapting to Rising Temperatures will take place in Manchester, UK from 10-13 August 2025.
This inaugural event, in collaboration with the IOR, will be held at the University of Manchester and will bring together an international audience of RACHP professionals and academics to address the risks associated with increasing demand for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment in industrial, commercial and public buildings, homes and cities.
As global temperatures continue to rise, the challenges facing the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump (RACHP) industry are becoming increasingly complex. It is not too late to take action to mitigate the negative impact of climate change and it is important to realise that steps can be taken to help reduce rising temperatures. This conference will explore these crucial issues and allow experts dedicated to developing sustainable and resilient solutions to exchange ideas and foster innovation.
