Summary

The Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France is going to install a new 400 000 m2 building in Lille. Heating is provided by the city's heating network, and cooling is provided using chilled water. The heating and cooling distribution system combines several technologies: chilled beams in offices, air-displacement systems in premises with many workstations, variable-flow expanders for areas occupied sporadically, as well as a reversible floor used in the atrium of the building.
