Summary
R&D work is going on to develop alternative insulation foam blowing agents to the current industry norm, R141b. However, the most likely candidate to replace the soon-to-be-banned HCFC would appear to be an HFC-245fa. The 365mfc formulation also has some heavyweight advocates.
