Summary
This work develops a two-step investment planning methodology to compare the attractiveness of LNG with other hydrocarbon exports. First, the financial attractiveness of LNG and other hydrocarbon exports is compared using the Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT). Next, a degree of resilience indicator (DORI) is developed to evaluate the resilience of financially optimal investment portfolios obtained from step one.
