A COMPUTER SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE WORKING PROCESS OF A DOMESTIC REFRIGERATOR.

Author(s) : YUAN X., et al.

Summary

A TRANSIENT MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF A DOMESTIC REFRIGERATOR-FREEZER HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED. THIS MODEL SIMULATES THE OPERATION OF THE CONDENSER, CAPILLARY TUBE, EVAPORATOR, REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER COMPARTMENTS, COMPRESSOR AND ITS SHELL, ETC. THE MODEL, WHICH CAN PREDICT VARIATIONS IN PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE, AND FLOW RATE, ETC, AT VARIOUS POINTS OF THE REFRIGERATING SYSTEM, PROVIDES A THEORETICAL BASIS FOR THE OPTIMUM MATCHING OF THE SYSTEM.
