Summary

This book comprises the Proceedings of the 8 workshops and 7 plenary assemblies that took place during this congress held in Strasbourg, France, on December 9-10, 1997. Workshops: air temperature and quality ensured by air displacement; lighting in the industrial environment; from studies to results; radiant heating in tall premises; cooling, ventilation and air treatment; air purification: deodorizing, filtration; heating and cooling industrial premises using heat pumps; ways of achieving energy efficiency in clean rooms.
