A new approach to SBS: step-wise technical improvements with measurement of symptom intensity.
Author(s) : WYON D. P.
Summary
Describes a research project in a Swedish hospital, where many of the staff complained of building sickness symptoms. A series of step-wise reversible technical alterations were made in one or two wards at a time, without informing the staff of what had been done. Staff were interviewed individually and 60 objective measures related to sick building syndrome were taken.
