STATES THAT THE OCCURRENCE OF FUNGAL SPORES WAS OBSERVED FOR 2 YEARS IN A NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOSPITAL FOR ALLERGIC DISEASES. FINDS THAT FUNGAL SPORES RETAINED IN THE AIR CONDITIONING FILTERS ARE ABLE TO GERMINATE, GROW AND SPORULATE INTO THE CLEAN AIR OF THE CONDITIONED ROOMS. STATES THAT ALLERGENIC EXTRACTS FROM THESE FUNGI, CHALLENGED IN 150 PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM THE SICK BUILDING SYNDROME CAUSED ALLERGENIC SYMPTOMS IN 135 CASES.
