Summary
The equations describing the relation between its outlet hot fluid temperature on one hand and the flow rates of cold and hot fluids and the inlet temperatures of the cold and hot fluids on the other hand are formulated to constitute the process model. The steady-state gains are evaluated with the dynamic model obtained and compared with experimental values.
