Summary

The need for qualified personnel in refrigeration will only increase. However, in this age of high unemployment it seems surprisingly difficult to get youth interested in this field, let alone to provide them with education in it. This is exactly where the Dutch Foundation for Refrigeration, SKO, will actively devote itself.
