NOTES THAT SINCE THAT TIME, THERE HAS BEEN A GREATER EMPHASIS ON THE NEED FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY COMBINED WITH MAINTAINING AIR QUALITY. BRINGS TOGETHER THE CURRENT UPDATED STANDARDS FROM 13 AIVC-PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES AND ADDS THE KEY STANDARDS ON THE SUBJECT FROM ONE NON-AIVC COUNTRY, TOGETHER WITH THOSE FROM OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS.
