Summary
A MODIFIED MONTE CARLO METHOD IS SUGGESTEDTO REDUCE THE COMPUTING TIME AND IMPROVE THE CONVERGENT STABILITY OF THE ITERATION PROCESS. IT SUCCEEDS THE ADVANTAGES OF THE USUAL MONTE CARLO METHOD, THAT IS, ADAPTABILITY TO THE COMPLEX GEOMETRY OF THE HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEM AND TO THE VARIABLE PROPERTY PROBLEM. THE NUMBER OF THE RADIATIVE BUNDLES EMITTED FROM THE CONTROL ELEMENTS IS PROPORTIONAL TO THE DIFFERENCE OF THE EMISSIVE ENERGY BETWEEN TWO SUCCESSIVE ITERATIVE TURNS AND THE OTHER KIND OF THE RADIATIVE BUNDLE ISDEFINED AND USED TO CORRECT THE VARIATION OF THE RADIATIVE PROPERTY BETWEEN TWO ITERATIVE TURNS.
