Summary

The article reports on a study travel of FRIGOTEHNICA and ECO-CLIMA Ltd. in Northern Italy in April 1996. It covers: Systema Ltd., San Giustina in Colle (PD), specialised to produce radiant and convective heating equipment; the Institute for Technical Physics in Padova where visitors were received by Prof. Alberto Cavallini, the President of the scientific council of the IIR; Isotecnica Spa, Carrara San Giorgio (they supply complete fabricated warehouses using panel insulated with polyurethane foam manufactured in their workshops and complete steel support systems, packages refrigeration systems, refrigeration doors and commercial refrigerators with special adhesive tapes for the panel junction); Alfa Laval-Artec Spa, Alonte (they produce: shell and tube condensers and evaporators in copper or stainless steel with thin wall for ammonia and air coolers and air cooled condensers with copper pipes and aluminium fins or stainless steel pipes, thin walls for ammonia).
