Summary

Considering the marked differences in calculation results by existed calculation software, the calculation results of 43 examples are compared and analyzed by a program comparison and verification method. For the models of. different software, there are notable variances in the convection share and radiation share for different heat gain types, and the distribution models of radiation heat between the inner surfaces; and the correction factors are different. The software mainly adopt the harmonic response method and the cooling load coefficient method, of which the theoretical calculation result of heat gain are approximately identical while the cooling load calculation results are different. The calculation precision and accuracy is improved by substituting convection and radiation proportions of heat gain from latest international research findings for the original data and the distribution model of radiation heat between the inner surfaces is also improved. As a result, the calculation deviation of different software can be reduced to less than 10% by improving the calculation method.
