Summary

Large open buildings are very few in south China, and generally they are not air conditioned. Taking a large open show building needed to add air conditioning in Guangzhou as an example, presents the selection of the indoor and outdoor design parameters, calculation of the air conditioning load and determination and optimization of the air conditioning system. According to the characteristics of open type and the particularity of usage at night, adjusts the indoor and outdoor design parameters, and decreases the installed capacity of equipment. Based on the air supply temperature, selects high temperature evaporation condensation screw water chillers. At the same time, .adopts high effect fans, water pumps and other equipment. After actual measurement,' the EER of the system reaches up to 5.05, the indoor environment is improved, and the energy saving effect meets the design requirement .
