Summary

Having estimated the costs relating to a building aimed at housing paid staff working in all seasons, it is shown in a concrete example, that an improvement of the efficiency of the staff by 1/1000 due to air conditioning is enough to cover the costs of the installation. The productivity can further be increased by an all fresh air solution improving the well-being of the occupants. J.L.
