Summary

The article describes and explains the operation of an air-conditioning plant based on a large number of individual heat-pumps installed in an office building. These reversible (air heating or cooling) heat pumps are all connected to a general water circuit which can be heated or cooled, according to need. The plant is supplemented by air-treatment chambers for the outdoor-air circuit.
