Air curtains: faster does not necessarily mean better!
Rideaux d'air : plus vite ne veut pas dire meilleur !
Author(s) : CREMER B.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Comfort air curtains are intended to separate the outdoor climatic conditions from interior comfort in stores and public buildings. Separation is achieved by minimizing natural convection and by heating the cold incoming air using natural or mechanical ventilation. The heating capacity of classic air curtains is often increased in winter by regulating the blowing speed.
