Summary

After having briefly summarized the advantages and drawbacks of ammonia, this paper examines the code implications for those designers in Italy who are interested in using ammonia in commercial and institutional applications. An outline of the available equipment is presented and some examples of systems both existing or under construction are examined and discussed.
