Summary

THE LIQUID FILM THICKNESS, PHASE VELOCITIES, HEAT EXCHANGE COEFFICIENTS, PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCES WERE EVALUATED. THE PLOTS OBTAINED FOR HELIUM FLOW IN THERMODYNAMIC EQUILIBRIUM ARE USED TO CALCULATE THE RADIUS DEPENDENCE OF PRESSURE AND QUALITY AT A GIVEN ROTATIONAL FREQUENCY AND INLET DUCT CONDITIONS. THE EQUILIBRIUM PRESSURE MODEL IS PRESENTED WHICH DESCRIBES PRESSURES NOT TOO CLOSE TO THE CRITICAL VALUES.
