FROM THIS ESTIMATE, A DESIGN OF THE CRYOSTAT, IN WHICH THE TEMPERATURE SCALE CAN BE REALIZED WITH THE UNCERTAINTY OF 0.1 MILLIK, IS DESCRIBED.
