THE SYSTEMATIC ERROR IN THE PRESSURE MEASUREMENT IS ESTIMATED QUANTITATIVELY FOR ESTABLISHING THE PRECISE HELIUM VAPOUR PRESSURE TEMPERATURE SCALE IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM 0.5 TO 5 K.
