Summary

The system uses a resistive insert to produce 31 T on axis, with the remaining 14 T contributed by a superconducting outsert with 616-mm warm bore. The superconducting outsert is capable of providing over 15 T on axis when operated alone. Several critical components and major subsystems have been completed and are now being tested in preparation for the overall system integration.
