Author(s) : PETZOLD K.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Notes the intention to restore the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche) in Dresden, destroyed in 1945, to its original design and construction, but with extended use, which will alter its internal climate. Describes in some detail the methodology for carrying out the analysis, which is appropriate for historic buildings of a similar type with thick, solid walls and therefore very considerable thermal inertia.
