Summary
With an actual example project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, by simulation and by theoretical calculation, the article analyses the three common issues of load calculation, energy saving control strategies and the cooling loss of a secondary pipeline. The result shows that the equivalent full load rate of the project is 0.37, and that the energy performance of the system is improved significantly resulting from the improved loading rate of the refrigerating units with optimal operation strategy, and that the cooling loss of a trench buried pipe is greater than that of a direct buried pipe, and in the given pipe buried mode, cooling loss of pump operation is the largest, followed by that of supply pipeline, and that of return pipeline is the least.
