Analysis of the effectiveness of single-pass air-cooled condensers.
Author(s) : FABBRI G.
Summary
An algorithm for determining the vapour distribution in single-pass, multiple-row, cross-flow condensers with accumulation for noncondensable contaminants is proposed. Moreover, an analysis of the global effectiveness of such condensers is performed by varying both the row number and the effectiveness. Some convenient configurations are eventually distinguished.
